Order a Tribute Tile
To purchase a Tribute Tile to be placed on the wall in the Flag Plaza located at the Norfolk Veterans Home, please complete the form below. Send payment to PO Box 528, Norfolk, NE 68702. If you are purchasing a Tile that includes a photo please attach your photo to the contact form. If you are purchasing a Tribute Tile with a website you must designate someone to act as the administrator for the site (even a grandchild could do it).
$250 Tribute Tile Option
- Tile design is as pictured with name, QR Code (to link to Memorial Website) and dates of service
- Memorial Website includes:
- Unlimited Photos, videos and songs
- Biography
- Light candles, leave tributes to your loved one
$150 Tribute Tile Option
- Tile design is as pictured with name and dates of service
- Actual tile size is 3 1/2" 4 3/4"
- Photo included on tile.
$100 Tribute Tile Option
- Tile design is as pictured with name and dates of service
- Actual tile size is 3 1/2" 4 3/4"
- Photo is not included on tile.
